The Coveryard's debut gig, in one of West London's most beautiful churches
The Coveryard began with a bang! We enlisted three of our favourite London-based artists to help launch our chamber pop orchestra and choir, with a setlist combining richly scored originals and experimental covers.
Avant-pop cellist Abi Wade, folktronica artists Mt. Wolf and alt-folk musician Faith Taylor all performed new arrangements of their own music, supported by The Coveryard's 16-piece orchestra and choir.
Mixed into the original sets, the Coveryard presented bold new arrangements of Radiohead, Joanna Newsom, SBTRKT, Imogen Heap and others.
