A Sing-along Carol Concert for the 21st Century

2023 saw the return of The Coveryard’s take on a traditional Christmas carol concert — KAROLAOKE (pronounced carol-OH-kee) — part post-genre chamber-pop gig, part participatory musical extravaganza. With a setlist spanning the centuries, from medieval carols to Mariah, via festive favourites and indie gems, we unleash a delirious kaleidoscope of genre-swapped Christmas cheer onto our audience... and project the lyrics so you can all sing along!

Over two nights at North London’s brilliant multi-arts venue Artsdepot, this new edition of Karolaoke found us reaching deeper into the strange depths of the Coveryard stocking to pull out unholy new arrangements of the Darkness, Chris rea and Wham!, alongside — For the first time ever — A Coveryard original!
